What Benefits Can You Expect?
An unprecedented number of parents find themselves facing this challenge, seeking guidance and support. Our Power2Parent program will equip you with the understanding, knowledge and strategies you need to support your child or teen’s journey towards healing.
Here’s how it will benefit your child or teen, yourself and your wider family:
The program fosters improved understanding, trust, openness and communication between you and your child. This provides an opportunity for you to offer help that is far more likely to be accepted and create a more supportive home environment.

You’ll be better at equipping your child with the skills to deal with daily life and bounce back from inevitable challenges.
You’ll help your child or teen understand their unique gifting and potential, boosting their confidence, self-esteem and general outlook on life.
As your child or teen’s emotional and mental health improves, they’re more likely to go to attend school and apply themselves academically.
By playing a key role supporting your child’s recovery, you’re significantly contributing to better long-term outcomes for them. Your support will help your child achieve their full potential.
Many parents are supporting a child or teen with neurodiversity. You’ll gain a better understanding of how they think and feel and how to support them.
When you’re supporting your child’s mental and emotional health, it has a positive impact on everyone else in the home – your husband/wife/partner/other children. You’ll see reduced tension and stress and notice how this benefits everyone.
Knowing that you’re taking proactive steps to address your child’s mental health will provide you with a sense of peace and reassurance. You’ll be able to focus on supporting your child’s well-being with the worry and anxiety you’re inevitably feeling at this moment.
Connecting with other parents who understand your challenges is incredibly beneficial. You’ll join our supportive community where you can share experiences, learn from others, and build lasting connections.
By gaining a deeper understanding of your child’s mental health and acquiring practical coping strategies, you’ll be better equipped to handle daily challenges. This can significantly reduce your stress and anxiety levels.
